Outlook 2002 AutoComplete issues

Currently have Outlook2002 installed with Office 2000
apps. in a large enterprise (6,000+ work). Office 2000 was
installed with (Word, Excel,PowerPoint,Access)prior to
installing Outlook2002. Outlook2002 was installed as a
migration from Netscape mail,and there were no previous
versions of Outlook installed on the workstations.

Cuurently we are seeing sporadic issues with the
AutoComplete feature in Outlook2002. Occassionally when a
User creates a message to an addressee whom they sent
messages to previously, the name may not AutoComplete on
susbsequent attempts when composing a message to the same
addressee.

Any help would be appreciated.
