Outlook 2002 Attachment Options

Hello. Here is the scenario. I would like to send an email to someone with
an attachment, but also copy someone to the email, but not the attachment. I
just want them to recieve the email as proof of sending the emal/attachment
to the first person. If this is possible, how do I do this in Outlook 2002.

It's not possible.
 
Is this option available in later versions of Outlook? Thank you for your
response. I appreciate it.
