Outlook 2002 - Appointments

Does anyone know if there is a way to add multiple emails
to an individual appointment?

I have a specific task that I do at the sametime everyday
and it may include 3 items from 3 different emails or
only 1. Wht I want to do is creat a reminder and add to
it as I get more request emails.

I don't understand what you mean by adding "emails" to an appointment.

When I want to creat a calendar reminder to follow up on
a specific email that was sent to me I drag the email to
the outlook calendar for a reminder/appointment.

After you create the appointment, you can leave it open and drag additional
mail messages into it as attachments. Or your can copy and paste the text
from the messages.

But what you might want to do is select the messages you want and then drag
them all to the Calendar folder to create a new appointment containing
information from all the selected messages.
