Outlook 2002 an opened message automatically closes after 5 seconds, why?

This just started to happen today. I have a network user when he opens
a message from his in box, new or old, it will open but automatically
closes after 5 seconds. This never happend before nor is it happening
to any other user on the network. He is running Windows XP Pro SP2.

Does anyone have any ideas what caused this and how to stop it? Any
help would be great!

Version of Outlook? Connecting to Exchange? Anything in the event viewer? Any
error messages and/or numbers?
