Outlook 20003 freezes when reply or forward messages

Recently we migrated computers and user accounts using active directory
migration tool from one forest to another forest.After migration when users
reply or forward messages to certain email addresses their outlook
freezes.I've tried to created new outlook profile, but problem is still
their, but when i disable Microsoft Word as an email editor in Outlook 2003,
everything is fine.But users still preferred to use Microsoft Word as an
email editor.Is their any solution for this ?

Hi Sohail,
search and rename normal.dot file
check whether your company uses liquid machines, disable and check
