I have been trying to send a mass email to my database of
about 200 addresses however it does not work. I receive
a message "too many recipients". I never used to have
this problem when I was using windows 98 however I am now
using XP and am wondering if there is something I need to
do to rectify the problem

Outlook doesn't put any limits on the number of recipients you can
have...it's more likely your ISP setting the limit. Have a chat with
them and find out what the limit is.
