Outlook 2000 wont open

If I open and close Outlook 2000 4-5 times during the
day, it wont open again. When I click on icon, thinks
for 30 seconds but then nothing. If I shut down my
computer and restart, all is well for another 4-5 times.

Anyone else experience this??

Check in Task Manager to see if Outlook properly shut down. If not, stop
all outlook processes then try to start it again.
