I am now not able to open Outlook 2000, I get an error message - low visual
memory. I have changed virtual memory "initial size & max size" to 126 &
4096. This was "suppose" to fix the problem. I have also run the disc to
"reinstall" or "fix" any issues ... neither have worked.

Any other ideas?

So what else are you running? Restart your computer and start Outlook as the
first application; does it work now?
Does Outlook work in safe mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

Those are really REALLY bad values. Who told you to change it like that? Set
it back to default unless you have a very specific need to change it (like
for instance when you are running a high performance database server).
