Outlook 2000 - upgrade - error message - cannot find server

I am behind the times, but recently installed Office 2000 and all the service packs and upgrades. I cannot get outlook to connect with my ISP. Both accounts I have set up seem to have the correct information, thesame as they were in my outlookk express. Why can't I connect with my ISP to send and receive my email?
 
In most cases, yes you should be able to connect. Try login on to your ISP
web site to verify all of the information is correct.
