Outlook 2000 Sync desktop <---> Laptop

I am sure this question has been asked a hundred time in this NG,
however I haven’t been able to solve my problem yet. I am looking for a
freeware piece of software which enables me to synchronise my desktop
and laptop using my homenet work. Anybody a suggestion what to use?
