Outlook 2000 start error

I installed today Outlook 2000 but when I open it I get
this error message:

"Failed to register a VB Script DLL. Reinstall or run
Regsvr32.exe Vbscript.dll to self register. The
key "DisplayName" is either missing or has an icorrect
value. [File:\Program Files\Microsft
Office\Office\forms\1003\RESEND.CFG, Section Description]"

I followed/tried ALL solutions from the microsoft
knowledge base site and still getting this error Anyone
with a solution/help?

run "cmd" , Input " regsvr32 vbscript.dll" on you command line, then enter
to reg. the dlls.
I don't know whether it will fix your problem.:)
