Outlook 2000 SP3 - Wrong name displays when editing forwarded mail

I'm using Outlook 2000 on Windows 98. When I edit text in an email I am
forwarding to another mail account Outlook automatically marks the edited
text/changes and inserts my name in brackets to track who is making the
changes.

Unfortunately, my name is spelled incorrectly. How can I correct the
spelling of my name (it is correctly spelled in all the places I can find to
configure it)?

Also, can I turn off the automatic tracking of changes/edits?

Thanks,
