Outlook 2000 refresh problem with XP sp2

For all people which are using outlook 2000 on XP sp2 we have a refresh
problem.
In windows 2000 it is not there.

Means : messages will be staying in outbox,
only sends when you click another folder.
Both machines on SBS2003 latest sp's

Any solution ??

Something on the workstations is blocking the UDP packets that the Exchange
server is sending to the client. It's probably the Windows firewall.....set
up an exception for outlook.exe.
