Outlook 2000 - Outlook is deleteing 1st letter of subject line

Hello - whenever I send a new email or reply to an email the first letter or
number of my subject line is being deleted when it reaches the recipient.
Any help would be appreciated. The email looks fine in my sent box but when
the recipeint gets it the 1st letter or number is gone

Sounds like the problem may be on their end, not yours. Why do you think
it's your problem?

Hello - because I have sent test emails to about 10 people I know and all
have the 1st letter deleted in the subject line when they receive the email -

Well, it could also be the fault of a mail router outside of your control.
I truly doubt it's your Outlook, unless you have some add-in you haven't
mentioned that might be the culprit.

Steve....did you ever get resolution to this issue? I have the same issue
and know it is neither from someone else's machine or from a router. Would
love to hear from you.
