Outlook 2000 opens with installation and configuration,but never o

Please help with this problem. After insalling both xp and norten to update
my system, outlook 2000 form the microsoft office 2000 goes to an
installation problem. It starts to install and configuration and continues,
but does not open. Such things needs om19.dll finally comes up. I need all
my contacts, please help.
