Outlook 2000 not working after automatic security update

I already know about the issue with update kb911567, and removed it per the
instructions on microsoft.com, and it resolved the problem.

My computer did another automatic security update and automatically rebooted
again this morning, and now my outlook 2000 is once again not functioning.
What kb file do I need to remove now to get my outlook working again?

I have just now turned off my automatic security update, because this is
getting frustrating!

Can you please be more specific than "not working?" Describe if it's
sending/receiving or not, opening or not, giving you any errors or not. If
there are errors, what do they say?
Not working for one person can mean the response time is slightly slower
than usual, for another it means the application doesn't open. Please let us
know what YOU mean by not working.
