Outlook 2000 Menubar

Somehow, I have removed the menubar from Outlook 2000. I
think I may have accidentally clicked and dragged it off
unknowingly (I'm not entirely sure).

Any way, I can still see my Standard and Advanced
toolbars, but I can't get the Menubar back. When I right
click on any of the showing toolbars, and click on
customize, it shows has a check next to menubar, yet I
don't see it. Why? How do I fix it?

Rename outcmd.dat and restart Outlook.
