Outlook 2000 How do I use strikethrough in email message

Am NOT using WORD as my email editor but want to us the strikethrough feature
in email message. When I right click in my HTML email message and edit the
source code, even tho I click save, when I close the box the original text
remains the same. I think there must be SOMEPLACE where I need to have
"SOURCE EDIT" checked but danged if I can find it. Thanks, gurus !

outlook's editor doesn't offer source editing.
