Click on Start > Run. Type in: outlook.exe /cleanviews
(note the space between outlook.exe and /cleanviews)
Then hit enter.
This should return all your views back to default.
If that doesn't work, close Outlook. Locate the outcmd.dat file using
file/folder search. Make sure in the Advanced options to include hidden
files/folders. Delete the file. Open Outlook.
If none of the above work, please post back.
