Outlook 2000 - Customize Outlook Today Button

The "customize outlook today" button does not work. I
click on it and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to
fix this. It used to work and then it stopped.

I wrote an mini-tutorial describing a work around at

if you do not wish to temporarily remove the security update or
if do not have administrator access to the PC.

It was written in response to the number of hits I
was getting to a link I put up.
