Outlook 2000 can't delete or move files?

Can Outlook 2000 be repaired when files can't be deleted or moved? I tried
Inbox Repair Tool and that made it worse. Before that I could move or delete
files since my last use of Inbox Repair Tool in February but now I cannot
receive messages or delete or move them.
 
Size of pst?
What was the resulting msg using scanpst?
Why has it been necessary to repair tool over several periods? - perhaps
your pst is corrupt, beyond repair and you need to create a new one.
Any other file problems? if so youve checked your hd manu site for a disk
checking utility?
