Outlook 2000 blocking attachments

I would like to make outlook stop blocking attachments. It will block
attachments created using office products like word or access. It will send
and recieve zip files fine, but a mdb file for sure it wants to block access
to. Well this is fine and dandy if you don't know what your recieving but i
want to recieve these files and it keeps blocking them. How do I change it
since I didn't set it up to do this. thanks for help..
