Outlook 2000, attachments

Why is it that sometimes attached files are embedded in the message and
sometimes they are in a separate pane at the bottom of the message? Not
critical, but bugs me.

You'd stand a better chance of getting the answer you want in a newsgroup
devoted to Microsoft Outlook. This one is devoted to Microsoft Access
database software.
