Outlook 2000 / Assigned Tasks, Appointments etc. are only sent as email not as a task

Hi,

I have got a challenge with Outlook 2000 in Workgroup mode.
Tasks, meeting requests, appoinments etc. are sent as a plain email with an
attachment (which also only contains the text of the task).
This means others cant accept or reject a task since it is just an email and
not a special outlook email which opens up with buttons for accept, reject
etc.
Aswell because of this, these assigned task, appointments etc. cant be added
to the task list of the receiving person because it is just a plain text
email.

Hopefuly somebody can help.

I tryed already different encodings MIME (base64) etc. but this was of no
help.

Thanks a lot
