Upon closing Outlook 2000 (at work, via MS Exchange Server 2000) the "Please
wait while Outlook shuts down" screen hangs for ever.

Have tried to repair all pst files, all to no avail.

Any ideas?

Are there users at work using Outlook 2003? If yes, do these users access
your calendar or free/busy information? If yes, known issue. You can
resolve by making sure that Office/Outlook 2000 is fully patched (e.g. apply
SP3 for Office 2000) plus
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;834005&sd=RMVP.

If the site you work for doesn't want to make the call, you would always
have to start Outlook with the /cleanfreebusy command line switch.
