Outlook 03 won't send emails due to date stamp of "none".

My Outlook 03 sporadically won't send emails. When I look in my Outbox, the
messages that don't send are under a category of "Date: None". I then create
another email and then hit send, and it goes to the "Date: Today". when I
click Send/Receive (I use a dial up service and let the emails sit in the
outbox until I click send/rcv), only the Dates of Today get sent. I've
checked my computer date/time and it is set correctly. Any ideas??
