Outlook '03 rule: how to specify a .not.?

Does anyone know of a way to specify a rule in Outlook '03 to move mail to a
folder if:

1) Subject contains a certain word .AND. .NOT. a certain other word?

Create the rule to look for the certain word and add an exception for the
'other word'. That should do what you want.

Thanks Vince, I so rarely create rules that I had forgotten that you get a
second screen to specify 'exceptions'...i just didn't go far enough before
giving up and making this post.
