Outllook red dots under addresses

I have created a signature in outlook exprees and now the
street address is underlined with red dots. What is that?
How do you Add/Remove this option? My friend does not
have his address with this. Any help would be appreciated.

might be spelling problem...the word is not in dictionary.
right click to check spelling....add to dictionary.
 
What you see is actually a Smart Tag which is a new feature of Office XP.
Smart Tag technology allows you to perform certain actions based up the
application recognizing certain words, names, numbers, addresses, dates,
etc. For information please visist
http://www.microsoft.com/office/developer/platform/smartag.asp. You can
turn Smart Tags off by selecting Tools->Options->Smart Tags
