Outllok 2003 not displaying attachments.

I have this problem with one client not displaying attachments in received
emails. There are no paperclips showing any attachments but when the user
selects File, save attachments they can save the attachments locally then
view. Any ideas why Outlook is not showing the attachment within the email?

Any antivirus software running? If so, disable any Outlook
integration/extension and see if it makes a difference

Trend officescan is running. I will give that a shot but I have my doubts as
the attachment is saved fine using the file, save attachment method. Also,
this only happens from certain senders. i.e. AOL users.

Not sure if this matters but we are running Exchange 2007.
