Outline view

I am using Word 2003 SP2.

In non-outline view my document's font color is black, as desired.

In outline view it is red, not desired.

Why did it change in outline view from black to red?

How do I change it back? I have tried all the routine methods to change
font color -- to no avail.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Chris,

What, more exactly, is "non-outline view"? If it's "Normal view", then
possibly you have "Draft font" activated for that, which will only show you
very standard stuff. Check in Print Layout view?

If it's not the font color, Red could be due change tracking be active.

Thanks.

Yes, all views (normal, print layout, etc.) all are normal and follow font
color except outline. Note that everything is red, not only changes.

Can see why.
