outgoing traffic

small LAN 5PCs, internet connected via ADSL router. ADSL router network
utility show there is a huge outgoing traffic in network. Whereas no one
computer not use internet heavily.
Is there utility showing which computer and which application use this
traffic?

Is this a WiFi enabled router as well? If so, is anyone scamming your
free WiFi connection? Check the MAC addresses and IPs of all your
office computers and compare against the MACs shown in the DHCP table
of the router. If you see someone who doesn't belong, at least write
down the MAC address down for your records and then use the router's
config to block that MAC address or just turn off WiFi.

If not WiFi, you can easily determine where the traffic is coming from
the good old fashioned way by unplugging everyone and plugging them
back in one by one until you see the traffic light go nuts. That'll
help you localize the offender.
