outgoing emails

i have an email stuck in my outgoing box which will not send it has been
trying for 2 weeks now. It is stopping me sending emails. I have tried to
delete and it tells me i am still sending the email

Click File and check Work Offline. Close and then restart Outlook. Delete
the message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.
