Outer Join

"Cannot enter value into blank field on 'one' side of outer join."
Anybody? I added a field from a seperate table to a query in the be and fe.
Only certain cells return this specific error, the rest work fine.
 
Allen Browne's site has explanation of Updateable Queries. There is
uncertainty in the relationship between the tables; it may be a 1-many or
lack of key.
