Outbox

I am stuck with emails in my outbox. Have completed the update but still not
working. Can anyone help??

Here is my error message

An unknown error has occurred. Subject '', Account: 'pop.123-reg.co.uk',
Server: 'smtp.123-reg.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Error Number: 0x800CCC0B
 
Try enabling SMTP authentication...
Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Servers
[x] My outgoing server requires authentication
 
If there is an accumulation of messages in the Outbox folder, open
the Outbox folder. Move as many of those messages as you can to
the Drafts folder. If any of those messages can't be moved or deleted:

First, make sure you have Vista's SP1 and SP2 installed.
If the problem continues, try running the various repair functions in the
WMUtil program: http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil

If no improvement, upgrade to Windows Live Mail:
