Outbox

When I used to send a message in Microsoft Outlook it would go to the
Outbox and then sent from there . For some reason the messages now do
not go to the Outbox and are sent immediately. How do I set it up so
that the messages go through the Outbox?

Any help would be appreciated,

Why would it matter?

It's probably going to the outbox, but sending so quickly you don't see it
show up.
