Outbound Emails

I have users that want to save specific outbound emails, but not all. How can
I configure this?

Have them BCC themselves and set up filters on keywords of the message
so when it arrives in the Inbox the filter processes it correctly.

Or use the Rules for outbound messages. My Outlook seems to have that
capability.
