outback.dll with office 2003

I upgaded computers and Microsoft Office at the same time. I loaded Office
'03 on the new computer and then used Files & Settings Transfer Wizzard to
move my data. The older computer had Office XP with the Outlook backup add-in
installed.

I now get the error at Outlook startup that "outbak.dll' is not a valid
Office add-in". I have searched the HD (including hidden files) and the dll
is not on the new HD. I navigated to "COM Add-Ins..." within Outlook '03 and
get the warning again, but this add-in does not show up in the box. I do not
know how to nuke this warning.

Can anyone help?

Thank you, thank you...I knew someone might have the answer. I was not
getting anywhere using Microsoft's searches for the problem.

Have a good day.
