out office assistance

Dear,
Out of office assistance works only with Exchange-OL.
Make sure the settings.
 
I hv to ensure that I click the button "I am out of office" just before I
leave the office. Sometimes I rushed off and forget to turn the feature on.
Should improve this feature to allow users to set the date and time for this
feature to be turn on. Or any solution already available?
