Out of the office assitant

I have 2 messages when I try to activate the Out Of The Office Assistant
""TRhe Out Of The Office Assistant could not be displayed. A required action was not successful due to an unspecified error"
And the second one ""System Resources are critically low. Close some windows."
 
What version of Outlook are we talking about here? Have you done a repair on
Outlook already?
