Out Of Office Assistant could not be displayed

I am having trouble with my Out of Office Assistant. I
receive a message "The Out Of Office Assistant could not
be displayed. A required action was not successful due to
an unspecified error" I click ok, then I receive a
message System resources are critically low. Close some
windows. Any advice you can lend would be greatly
appreciated.

Which version? If a reboot doesn't solve it try rebooting it again and run
Help-> Detect and repair (Outlook 2002). For other versions goto Control
PAnel-> Add/Remove Programs-> locate Office-> press Change and repair from
there.
