Out of Offices Assistant Rules

Is there a way to create a rule to forward email messages to a particular
person, but only if it comes from out of the office? If I have to pick from
the distribution list we have, it only gives the internal contacts.

If I recall correctly, in the Select Names dialog box, you should just be
able to type in an smtp address down in the bottom of the box.

Any SMTP address, or "SMTP"? I guess I don't see it. I need to be able to
forward all emails coming from any email address outside the building, yet
exclude the internal emails.

Ah, sorry, misread what you wanted.

Set up a rule that says, basically:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
forward it to <address you want to forward mail to>
except if from <add all the address from your internal contacts>

The big issue there is that you'll need to add people to the exception as
the are hired by the company. If you happen to have a 'All Employee' DL,
you could put it there, but if anyone ever sends as a DL, it wouldn't be
caught.
