out of office

I have Microsft outlook 2000 but am unable to view the out
of office assitant how do I view this.install it. I have
gone to tools but am uable to do this?

it's only available for Exchange server accounts. If you don't connect to
exchange, you need to create your own out of office messages using rules
wizard.
