out-of-office rule

hello,
I have a problem with the Out-of-office Assistent. I use outlook2003 and
Exchange 2003.
My intention is it, that all incoming Mails onto me , forward to a other
user. When a mail becomes sent onto a distribution list into which i am
member, then this mail not forward to the user. The hook >>direkt an mich
gesendet<< is not set.
Why? Sorry for my english.
Karola

Hi Karola,

if you use this rule without the distribution list, only with your email
address, does this work?

A distruibution list only works till the last valid email address. If you
have one not valid email adress, the distribution list don´t work anymore
for the rest of this contacts.

A dsitributionlist only works with valid contacts.

Please check this rule with single email addresses not with a distribution
list.
Sorry for my english.

My english is not better. ;-)

In German language for Karola :)

Hallo Karola,

Kontakt angegebenen Adressen abzuarbeiten.

Wenn Deine email adresse somit hinter einer defekten Kontakt liegt, bekommt
keiner angegebenen Adressen eine Email.

Prüfe am besten die Regel einmal mit einzelnen Adressen anstatt mit einer
Verteilerliste.

When i send a mail to the distributionlist, The distributionlist works
correct.

Die Verteilerliste ist korrekt. Eine Mail an diese kommt bei allen Kontakten
an. Beim Speichern der Regel wird man noch gewarnt:

Hi Karola,

sorry for delay.

2 ideas.

At first please activate as last condition of the rule "no implement further
rules".

If you would move this email (only as a test) into a local folder (not
forward to another email account), does this work?

I never heard this error before, that a "normal" incoming email will be
forwarded by a rule but if you get an email from a distribution list (DL) it
wouldn´t work, so my ideas is to find our wherer is the error.

Is it the rule, or the forwarding or the email account of the forwarded
person or the DL.
which i am member

Sorry that I ask for, but are you 100% sure that the email address in the
distribution list is exactly your email account?

It "no implement futher rules" in germam "Sobald die Aktion für diese Regel
ausgeführt sind, andere Regeln ignorieren" ? I tested with and without this
rule.

Yes, if i move or copy this email into a local folder or public folder, the
system works correct.

Yes, 100% sure. I have a DL with 5 account . I write 20 test-mails to the
DL. All 20 mail incomming to the Outlook-Inbox by all accounts.

I use the rule >>forwarding<< , the email incomming in the inbox, but no
forward to the other email account.
