One of my users has set up the Out of Office Assistant to
auto-reply when she's away from the office. There are no
other rules specified. It works fine with e-mails sent
within our office (we're using Exchange 2000 Server), but
isn't generating replies to mail sent from outside the
office. I tried it on my own account and got the same
result.
We're running Symantec Mail Security 4.0. I was just
wondering if this might have any effect on it. Or has
anyone else experienced the same problem.
Exchange 2000 Server has all the latest service packs and
updates applied.
