Out of Office not working

Anyone run into a snag with the Out of Office assistant
not working on Outlook 2000? It is turned on, yet the
sending users are not getting any returned mail that the
user is out of the office.

Any help would be great!

I have the same problem with my outlook 2003, other
exchange users get the message but yahoo ect does not..
 
The Exchange Server may have the option set to not send Out of office
replies to the Internet.
