I believe you can accomplish this by adding a rule to the OOA response,
specifying the sender address and, on the Advanced page, checking the box
labeled "Only items that do not match these conditions." You may have to
choose the action "Reply with" and specify a template message, but perhaps
the standard OOA message will work and you won't have to do that. I didn't
try it.
Your question is a little bit confusing because there are a lot of
possibilities a name in subject, a name in body a name from your contacts.
If there is one of the mentioned possibilities you can use an add-in for
