Out of Office Assistant

Does anyone out there know if it is possible to allow other people to
activate your Out of Office Assistant if you are sick for example.

I've had a look at delegate but this seems to be just for folders.

I have just been migrated from GroupWise to Outlook. GW did this using proxy
access but I can't find an equivalent.

This is only possible to people who have full mailbox access granted by the
mail administrator. Delegates permissions will not work.
