Out of Office Assistant

The out of office assistant is not sending a reply to people who are outside
my office's network. Please help.

That's the default setting. You need to contact your Exchange Server Admin
to ask if he/she will change it. A large number are reluctant to do so
because then replies get sent to all the spam as well as legitimate mail.
 
But my mailbox is the only one that doesn't work properly. Is is a general
setting or a setting under each individual profile?
