Out of Office Assistant

I use Outlook 2003. I do not have out of office assistant in the Tools menu.
I tried to troubleshoot through the Help menu, but it didn't work (going to
Tools, Options, Advanced Options, Add-In Manager...) My wife has the same
version on her computer and her assistant works. What gives?
