out of office assistant

When out of office assistant is turned on, do senders outside of your company
receive it? It only seems to work with senders inside our company. We are
using Outlook 2000.

Do you use the Exchange Server? If so, it is up to your Exchange
Administrator as to whether they allow automatic replies to go out
to the internet. You need to ask your administrator if this option is
turned on. It sounds to me like it is not allowed.

I believe that only people within your company would receive it as they need
to be part of the Exchange server.
